Deb Walsh is a social entrepreneur whose most recent endeavors include creating conversation salons, leading personal development workshops; curating and hosting communities and overseeing a broad range of writing, communications, and event production for corporations, filmmakers, artists and various other changemakers.

In 2016 she founded X Factory, an intergenerational community of curious, open-hearted women exploring the intersection of belonging and becoming.

She is also the creator of Q Cards, a series of “soul-stoking prompts” designed to help modern minds pause, reflect, and reconnect with their innate wisdom.

Begun as a personal passion project to address the void in our over-stressed lives, Q Cards are being adopted for corporate and wellness programs across the country.

Deb is also a writer, meditator, coach, and musician. She lives outside Providence, RI.
